While we might seem seller focused, the long term success of our business depends on BUYERS allowing us to help them buy homes!

You do not have to buy with us to sell your home, BUT, if you do plan to buy a home, we would greatly appreciate you allowing us to help you do that. We simply make more money helping buyers and those deals are needed to keep our doors open for years to come!

    Rent Our Space

    Need a space to host your next bridal shower, graduation party, fantasy football draft or social event???

    Agency Iowa rents out our building after 5pm on weekdays and on the weekends!

    We have a gorgeous building, filled with natural light, comfortable space and incredible views!

    The rental rate is as follows;

    1-2 Hours $200 Per hour
    3-4 Hours $150 Per hour
    5 + Hours $100 Per hour

    We have full building wifi, available speakers for music and 6 TV’s for displaying logos or slideshows

    We have 13, 6 foot rectangular tables and 50 folding chairs you can use if needed.

    Your rental fee is due at the time of booking to hold the space and there are no refunds given.

    We also have a golf simulator that is available as a separate rental or can be included in your event rental as well. The simulator rents for $50 per hour.
